A wedding begins long before anyone walks down the aisle. We help shape the event from the beginning: venue, priorities, budget, vendors, timing, guest experience and the practical architecture behind the celebration.

We build the plan, keep communication moving and make decisions in the right order. You still choose what matters to you. We make sure those choices can actually live together in one wedding.

WEDDING DAY COORDINATION

We step in before the wedding to review contracts, confirm vendors, build the final timeline and identify anything that still needs an answer.

On the wedding day, we become the operational center of the event. Vendor arrivals, setup, ceremony cues, family, speeches, dinner, entertainment and transitions are managed through one team.

You should not be answering calls from the florist while getting dressed.

DESIGN, DÉCOR & RENTALS

We develop the visual direction of the event and source the pieces required to build it: ceremony settings, florals, tablescape elements, furniture, signage, lighting and decorative rentals.

Some weddings need a complete concept. Others need a few very good decisions. We work accordingly, using the venue and the character of the event as the starting point.

Décor proposals and rental estimates are prepared individually.

Music & Production

Too.Weddings provides professional DJ services, sound systems and event lighting for ceremonies and receptions.

Music planning starts before the wedding. We discuss the crowd, cultural background, important records, ceremony cues and the atmosphere expected at each part of the evening.

For larger productions we can also coordinate microphones, additional sound, screens, staging and technical vendors.

The objective is a reception that develops naturally and a dance floor that earns its existence.

VENDORS & CREATIVE PRODUCTION

The right people change the entire event.

We work with photographers, filmmakers, florists, makeup artists, rental companies, musicians, venues and specialty vendors throughout Houston.

We can assemble the full team or work with professionals you have already chosen. Either way, everyone enters the same production plan and receives the information they need before the wedding day.

Photo and video timelines can also be coordinated around ceremony timing, portraits, family groups and reception events, so the wedding does not spend half its life waiting for a camera.
